  • 1 cup squash, cubed
  • 1 cup eggplant, sliced
  • 1 cup ampalaya
  • 1 cup okra
  • 1 cup string beans 
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup shrimp paste (bagoong)

Step-by-step recipe instructions

1. Sauté Garlic

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until golden brown.

2. Cook Onions and Tomatoes

Stir in shrimp paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
